Eval Form Analysis

Run the report

1. Go to the Reports page.
2. Select Eval Form Analysis.
3. Choose a Skill Sheet or Companion Form.
4. Select a form version, then run the report.

Note

The report analyzes one form version at a time. If you updated a form recently, select the correct version before running the report.

Review the indicators

Use the report to identify patterns such as missing data, inconsistent scoring, or criteria that frequently trigger critical failures. Update the form in Eval Studio if adjustments are needed.
